Takumen × “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” Eat-in Collaboration Ramen Event Important Notice Regarding Reservations and Usage

We would like to thank all customers for the strong interest in the Takumen × “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” eat-in collaboration, for which reservations opened on Tabelog at Pepper PARLOR on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.

We have identified a number of duplicate reservations, which has made it difficult for other customers to secure seats. To ensure that more customers can enjoy this experience, we will be implementing the following changes to reservations and usage.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused after reservations have already opened, and we appreciate your understanding.

■️Reservation Rules
Each customer may make one reservation per period (①–⑤ below).
※ You may make up to five reservations in total (one per each period).
① April 1 (Wed) – April 7 (Tue)
② April 8 (Wed) – April 14 (Tue)
③ April 15 (Wed) – April 21 (Tue)
④ April 22 (Wed) – April 28 (Tue)
⑤ April 29 (Wed) – May 6 (Wed)

■Reservation Adjustment Period
Due to the above changes, customers who have made multiple reservations within the same period are asked to adjust their bookings by March 20 (Fri), 11:59 PM.

How to adjust your reservation:
Please check your reservation list via the “Reservation Confirmation” button in the top menu on Tabelog.

■Group Reservations
Due to system limitations, each account may reserve for up to 4 guests.
※ Infants are also counted as one guest.

If you wish to visit with a group of 5 or more, please make separate reservations under another guest’s account. Please note that seats may not be arranged together in such cases.

■Handling of Duplicate Reservations
・If duplicate reservations are found within the same period, they may be canceled without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in restrictions on the account.
・If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your booking will be canceled. In the case of a no-show, all future reservations may be canceled by us.

■Cancellation Processing
All reservations will be temporarily suspended at 12:00 AM on Saturday, March 21.
For duplicate reservations remaining at that time, only the earliest reservation (date and time) in each period (①–⑤) will remain valid. All others will be canceled by us.
※ If multiple reservations exist for the same date and time, the reservation with the larger number of guests will be prioritized.
※ Customers whose reservations are canceled will receive a notification via Tabelog.
※ Valid reservations can be checked in your “Reservation List” on Tabelog.

■Rebooking
Seats that become available as a result of the above cancellations will be reopened for reservation on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the schedule below for each period.

During the rebooking process, we will continue to check for duplicate reservations. If any are found, they will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.
As a result, additional seats may become available, and rebooking may be conducted multiple times. Please note that we will not announce the timing of these additional rebooking openings.
We kindly ask that you refrain from contacting us regarding this matter, and instead check the Tabelog reservation site regularly for updates.

■Changes to Merchandise Sales
The merchandise sales method will be changed as follows.

※ Customers who wish to purchase merchandise only are kindly asked to use the online sales available on the Takumen.com special website during the period of June 1 (Mon) – June 30 (Tue).

■Out-of-Stock Items at the Venue
Stock is limited. While restocking is planned, items may sell out.
In the event that items are out of stock, we will provide an online purchase page that is accessible only to customers who have visited the venue.

These measures are intended to ensure that more customers can receive merchandise, and we appreciate your understanding.

■Order and Purchase Limits for Collaboration Ramen
[Eat-in]
・Each customer may order one bowl of ramen.
・To help reduce food waste, please refrain from leaving excessive leftovers.
If a significant amount of food is left uneaten, an additional charge may apply.

[Frozen Ramen Sales]
・There is no limit on the number of items you may purchase.
・Stock will be replenished regularly; however, availability may vary depending on supply.
If items are unavailable, please use the online sales via the Takumen.com special website.
